Hi, and thanks for visiting Viviane's Cleaning & Restoration Inc!

We’re Marcus and Vivian Leal, proud owners of this family-run business. What started as a simple house cleaning service to help support our growing family of four quickly turned into something much more. With the help of 99 Calls handling our marketing and lead generation, our cleaning business took off, faster than we imagined.

As more jobs came in, we gradually expanded into water damage cleanup. The demand grew, and before long, I (Marcus) launched a separate business, Leal Restoration Services, dedicated solely to water damage restoration. Today, I manage both companies full time, while Vivian focuses on her nursing studies and raising our two amazing boys.

At the end of the day, we’re a hardworking family, committed to helping other families and homeowners feel safe, clean, and cared for in their homes. Whether you need spotless cleaning or urgent restoration work, we’re here when you need us most.
