Q: Why can't quotes for hoarding clean up be given over the phone?
A: Hoarding cleaning often involves sizable amounts of junk removal, which Viviane's Cleaning & Restoration Inc must pay to dispose of. We must walk the property to determine the extent of the junk removal and trash pick up needed. Then we will be able to quote you a fair price for the hoarding cleanup service. We do not want to provide you with an inaccurate quote because we were unable to walk the property. Just give us a call and we can do an in-person estimate free of charge.
Q: How much are deep cleans?
A: Deep cleaning costs are determined by square footage and the exact services requested. Deep cleanings usually begin at $200 but will be adjusted to meet your needs and home.
